Ulus

I've read articles in magazines and comments here about the Uluchet, a very interesting design. Has anyone in the forums used a traditional ulu for dressing game? What technique is involved? How would you carry one of them?(My experience is limited to a cheap Alaska tourist model which works great for slicing pizza.)

Thanks; I remember reading that post. Roselli makes what looks like a huge ulu... James Mattis has it on his chaicutlery.com web page.
