Umnum blade play???

I was wondering if anyone else has had any blade play with there umnum? Mine has just a tad moving front to back. Is this normal? I haven't used my knife very hard or had it for a very long time....

I hope I didn't get a bad apple.

normal no,send it back CRC is zero blade play thatz why we all love em..............

it can have blade play because it doesnt having the bushing system like the sebenza. That being said, i would send it in

I should think there'd be no play at all, even without the bushing system. That pivot is just so damn big the blade shouldn't move even a tiny bit. Send it in.

Just got mine last week.
No blade play whatsoever for me.

Sounds like the pivot needs a little tightening.

I think I'm going to send it in...I can't figure out what is causing the blade play...All i can think of is that the ball detent is loose or wearing out or the pivot just needs to be tightened. Anyone else have problems with there ball detent wearing out? Also why was cermanic used for the detent? Couldn't hardened tempered steel work too?

Just tighten the pivot, should take 10 seconds if you have the right tool. CRK has them now
