Umnum pivot question

The other day i was playing with my umnum while i was watching t.v. My knife was closed while i was gripping it, and gently tossing it hand to hand. Then i noticed that my pivot spins or rotates in place while my knife is closed. To test this, I pinched the pivot with my thumb and finger, and rotated the knife with my other hand. I opened it, and then the pivot will not move at all. Anyone elses knife does this or why it does? Is it a problem?

I can tell you mine doesn't do that.

Did you loosen it and not tighten it properly afterwards?

Actually I just got it back from CRK because it had play and the blade was not centered. Thats what i was wondering, if whoever put it back together, they did it loose, because it opens very easy. Anyways, it is not affecting lockup. I'll probably take it apart, and put it back together a little more snug and see if thats the problem.
