umnum pocket clip won't stay tight

I posted about this a month or so ago but the search thing is being retarded. Anyway the screw that keeps the clip on the knife keeps coming loose. It's really inconvenient I've tightened it 4 or 5 times. I would put some locktite in it but somebody on hear said not to. So anyway this happen to anyone else? I'm gonna contact CR and I'm sure they'll remedy the situation but there closed now so just getting some ideas. Oh I carry the knife about everyday only need to use it once and awhile no abuse. Thanks guys
 
Not sure why this would happen. It's the same, exact clip that is found in the large Sebbie. It's a proven piece of equipment. I also don't know why you couldn't put a drop of the weaker Lock-Tite. If all else fails, send the knife back to CR.
 
a little loctite on the clip screw should be fine, i probably would.

where i have read loctite is bad is on the scale screws and especially on the pivot.
