Hey guys I finished up part 3 on the Umnumzaan, Im just now getting around to posting it. I can not say enough good things about the Zaan!

I will be focusing on the these areas

1- Cutting thin metal
2- Chopping and cutting wood edge retention
3-recap and feedback, comparison to other knives

I appreciate someone using their knives - I edc the umnumzaan in the calfskin sheath.

I saw parts 1 and 2 - need to watch part 3 at home.
 
Jumped on a used Umnumzaan b/c I enjoyed these videos so much. Thanks again. Suprised more people haven't commented. Its nice to see someone use the hell out of a knife before you buy it!
 
I found your videos on youtube about a week or so ago, watched the SnG video and found this as well. Very cool videos, I enjoyed them a lot.
 
Hey, thanks for putting the time into these videos. They are very insightful and well done. I really dig the natural outdoor settings and practical use featurettes. If there is any sort of critique at all, it would be I would love to see the camera focus up closer on the knife in part 1 and 2 more. :thumbup:
 
Thanks for the videos. They put me over the edge on wanting another Umnum. I had a TNK tanto version, but always wanted to try the standard offering. I'm assuming there weren't any issues with the tip after your reviews, right?
