Umnumzaan Lockbar Opinion

I was wondering if it is hard to disengage the first generation Umnumzaans lockbar without the flared bottom portion compared to the latest generation with the flared lockbar. I ask because the Sebenza doesn't have a flared bottom portion of the lockbar and is easy to disengage and close the blade. Thank you for any help....

It takes a bit time to get used to it. I have 3 of the OP version and its fine for me. The new version i suspect will be much easier.

I found the original version hard enough that I moved it on. The change in the second version worked much better for me, and I own two of them (so clearly I thought the improvement made a difference).

Not totally representative because the WC was shot at a bit of an angle so it magnifies the lockbar access rib.
