I saw an old old post about Umnumzaan Mods. I wanted to make a new thread to see what new mods people have been inspired to do or get done. I just got my Zaan, and I know three mods I want right out of the gate: the Dual Action, Thumb Studs, & Bearings Mod. That Double Action mod looks amazing!! I've only gotten as far as removing the pocket clips. (And adding a pair of pocket sheaths from Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery )

Will be interested in seeing what the big kids do.

That appears to be a dual action auto not a double action. A double action is automatic in and out, and dual action can be opened automatically or manually.

Not something worth modding a zaan with either way IMO... G10 or carbon fiber scales might be nice.

I ended up selling it. I felt it was too big for me

Cant get to the facebook video, but us DA mod available for all models or just rhe U? Seems like a must have. Cost?

I did lol. It was bigger than I like so I ended up selling it earlier today. I wanted a small 31 then saw how tiny they were lol so I guess I’m just gonna wait it out to find the right crk
 
There use to be a picture comparing the different sizes from CRK and I cannot find it.

Vallottons did Sebenza autos, but no idea on Zaans. Might be a hole to look around in though. There are some comments from people who might know in a current FS post on the Exchange.

Yeah I have been talking to Kyle and I have seen his awesome work. He did a couple of Zaans and the one above I posted
