Umnumzaan tanto blade length?

This question is aimed at those whom own both standard and tanto versions of the Umnum. Are the blade lengths exactly the same. After seeing a few pics, it looks like the tanto version might be a bit shorter. From pics, it looks like CRK used the same blade stock and ground the tanto blade.
Anyone know the answer?

According to TNK's website, they are both the same length 3.675"

I have the tanto and I highly recommend it.

Out of curiosity, what do you like about the tanto that would be better than the standard (drop) blade?

I'm in between the two. I want an EDC and love the Tanto look but want something that is more utilitarian (not a weapon).
