I was wondering in my little knife mind. I am sure that I am not alone in this regard. Is it possible to put a Umnumzaan thumb stud on a Classic Sebenza?
That would be cool.
Any thoughts?

I guess it's possible. Call CRK. I doubt that they would do it though. You could however probably find someone around here that would put a similar thumbstud on.

Interesting thought. The Numzaan's blade is thicker than a Sebbie blade, so that may be a factor. I wonder.

And also the function of the thumbstud on the umnum versus the Seb are different with the umnum thumbstud also being used as a blade stop and the thumbstud on the Seb is only used to open the knife. Mayo put similar thumbstuds on a seb or two that I had mayonized when he was doing it. I'm sure you could find someone that would put on a stud similar to the ones that Carson uses.

I recieved an email back from Heather @ CRK and she told me that the lug is a different size. Oh well, it was a thought.
