I already have a small Sebenza 21 with micarta inlays. I am looking to get a second CRK and wanted to go larger this time. What are your guys thoughts?

That's a tough one. The carbon fiber inlay knives are beautiful but I like the Zaans as well. My thought is to get a Zaan since you already have a CF inlay example. I have two Zaans currently, both old style pivots, one with no overtravel stop (2010) and one one with it (2012). I only like the Zaans with an older pivot. It looks awesome. I don't care one way or the other about the overtravel stop. The 2012 knife has more relief cut to access the lockbar and disengage it to close the knife. This makes a huge difference for me over closing the 2010. Basically, I would look for a Zaan with the old style pivot but a later example. That's the sweet spot for my tastes.
These are very nice:

I misspoke.. I meant to say I have a Small Sebenza 21 with Micarta, not CF.
Hmmm, that makes your decision more difficult. You will probably end up with both eventually so I would keep an eye on the Exchange for examples of each.
I am not really liking the aesthetics of the 25. I would much rather have an umnumzaan or a large sebenza. Which one do you guys think is a better slicer?
