Right when I want to purchase one they all disappear. Cannot find them at any dealer except eBay which I don't quite trust. WHY!?!?!?!

Oh there out there Seilu.. you just have to be in the right place at the right time.. If you are looking for a "New" Umnumzaan there are at least two authorized dealers on the bay that have them for sale..

Give Chris Reeve Knives a call, maybe they have some in stock they haven't shipped out yet or they would at least know who's getting the next shipment.

All of these knives are run off in batches, so there are times in the cycle when one or another knife will be hard to find. This is true with most knife makers - Spyderco is another example, especially with hot knives like the P2 or N5.

That's funny, because I had one NIB I was trying to sell several months ago, and had a VERY hard time selling it. In fact, I lost money on it. Strange how cyclical things can be..
