This is an older GEC acrylic that you don't see too often, called Coppertone. Pattern is #538307 (muskrat clip main, made in 2007) and serialized 012 of 200, but they actually only made 67 of these.

This color is kind of a Jekyl and Hyde. Indoors it looks almost a uniform dark brown with a few highlights. BUT, get some sunlight on it and it goes wild. Hope you like the photo.

That's a nice looking knife. I like those three blade knives. Those handles do stand out in the sun.

I've been eyeballing an NEC knife with tortoise shell acrylic handles.

hey black mamba i really appreciate your pic. i have been curious about this model since you mentioned it.as you know all northfields do'nt have the polished blades. in general we can expect them to be polished.if you are interested in a trade pleas send me a p.m.

I like their approach to acrylics, really thinking about something in faux Tortoise.....

Very nice! I'm a sucker for 3 blade patterns. I like the way your sheepsfoot looks almost like a coping blade. That's a nice combination of blades you have there!

I love the scales...I have thing for the glitter scales in bright colors...I bet the copper in that really pops in the light.

That's a surprise. I've seen those on various dealer websites, but I'd never have guessed that Coppertone was such lively looking stuff. It's almost like having two different knives.

A lot of the GEC acrylics look completely different under different lighting and angles. Different colors and details come out...
