Unable to change group membership status to Gold

I registered with BF over the weekend and paid for a Gold Membership. To date I have been unable to change my Group Membership status. Can you please check to see that my membership has been activated.

Hello and welcome to the site. It doesn't look like your membership is active yet. How did you pay? Did you get a transaction number?

Also, you appear to have another registered account - prom52. prom52 does have a gold membership attached.

Thanks for your reply. When I registered I used my Visa card. The transaction date was 4/11 and the post date was 4/12. My Visa statement reflects the charge as TwelveBravo via PayPal. The amount was $35.00

The other account you mentioned is my husband's Blade Forum account. We have separate interests so we thought it would be best if we each had our own account.

Please advise what I need to do to resolve this issue so I can be registered as a Gold Member on BF.

Thanks for the information. The only person who can resolve this is the site owner. Hopefully he'll be around soon to sort this out. :)

I decided to go back through the registration process and re-order a Gold Membership. It worked fine this time. Not sure what may have happened on my first attempt, however since I ended up paying twice, I will go back and contest the original $35.00 charge with Visa so that I am refunded that amount.
