Unable to create thread in GKD

Dunno why. Have reloaded, tried multiple times over the course of a couple hours... Preview doesn't even work. Testing here...

Edit: Finally got it to post. Not sure if one Submit button works and the other doesn't, or if taking the smiley out did it. I suspect the former. Maybe it was something on the backend and those two things were coincidental.
