Unable To Log In To My Account

I am no longer able to log in due to 2FA issues. I get a number on Google Authenticator but it does not work. This all started a couple months ago when I got a new Iphone. The Authenticator app transferred over to the new phone but the codes no longer worked. Error code on log in attempt:

Oops! We ran into some problems.
The two-step verification value could not be confirmed. Please try again.

I believe I just need 2FA turned off on my account. Please help!

I had the same issue using the authenticator app when my account needed to be logged into after 30 days on my iPhone. (No change of device)

Fortunately, I was able to log in on my laptop which had not yet reached the 30 day requirement to log in again. So I switched off 2FA on the account.

See if you can log in from a different device which has not yet "time out" and let us know if successful.

Otherwise, only Spark Spark may be able to help get you going again on your Circle10 account. We mods cannot get into your profile to make those changes.
 
I am unable to login from any other device currently and have been unable to since the phone switch, even within that 30 day window. I have tried numerous things through Google Authenticator without success. Checked spam folders and anything else I could think of too.
 
Hopefully, Spark Spark has a solution for you.

I don't use google authenticator...I switched to Authy a few years back since I can back it up and use on other devices...so if I lose a phone or device, I am not left without 2FA. Something to consider for the future. I find its feature set works better for my needs.

Google's does backup and sync now as well. Changed about a year ago..finally
 
OK, haven't heard anything about my account from Spark. I don't see how I can send him a message. Can any tell me how to do that or if he had been advised of this situation. Thanks.

This is an issue with gmail.

Log into the desktop version of gmail, not the mobile

Go to your spam folder. All your emails are in there. Mark ALL bladeforums mails as not spam
 
My problem has not been getting emails. There are none in my Spam folder. My problem is that I can no longer log into my account. I am hitting a snag with Google Authenticator. When I put in my user name and password on Bladeforums and then the code from the Google Authenticator app (I set up 2 factor authentication) Bladeforms gives me the error mentioned in the original post. If I could somehow get 2FA turned off, I think I would be good. I will now apologize for being the least computer savvy member on this forum.
