Unable to log in

Hi there,

For some reason I have been unable to log in under my username Walkabout in the last few days.

I've deleted cookies and all offline content.

I've requested usename/password reminders (several times), and none of the ones sent to me have worked (they all bounce me to the invalid login screen)

I have a Gold membership, and I'd like too enjoy it!

I had to create this ID in order to log in so that I might leave this message... as a suggestion, perhaps this specific forum shouldn't require registraion, in case it's a log-in problem such as mine.

Could someone please check into my inability to login?

There's nothing wrong with the status of the Walkabout account at this end, and you've already tried deleting cookies. Have you tried a cold start? If that doesn't work call Spark on the phone -- the phone number and hours are listed at the top of the page at www.1sks.com

Thanks very much for the quick reply.

I've tried on 3 different computers, but still no go. I may have messed things up by requesting a new password a few times; perhaps it has resulted in a problem somehow.

I'll probably try phoning, per your suggestion (I just hate to be a bother!)
