Unable to Log into old account...Please Help...no two factor email is sent.

Hello, I am unable to log into my old account which is Berickson47 . I was messaging someone about my knife sale post yesterday and came back to my phone and it asked me to log in again. It now requires a two step verification but a email with the code is never sent. I have never used another email with my Bladeforums account and it is an old hotmail.com account. I have received nothing in my junk or spam folders and I have tried logging in on several devices including an actual computer. I have read some previous threads and hope that Spark could help.

Any help would be appreciate. I was in the middle of conversation with someone wanting to buy my knife and now I cannot respond.

Just in case, have you checked your spam folder? There's been an uptick in reports of that recently

I have checked all spam and junk folders, no email is received. I was in my account without issues yesterday before 4:00 PM and now I can't authenticate. If there's an uptick in reports than clearly several people are having the same issues. I also can't authenticate with Google because my email is already associated with the account.
