Unable to Pay Gold Membership Fee!

Hello There!

I am experiencing problem in Getting Gold Membership! When I tried to charge my CC it gives me error code (3).... I don't know what is the problem...

I am outside U.S and can't pay via Paypal too currently!

Any help will be appreciated!

Have you been able to get your gold membership? You may already have it but need to change your membership status. On the upper left area of your screen you'll see "user CP" click on it. Then click on "Group memberships." If you see the option of "Gold Member" you already have a Gold membership. You need to select the " dentify me as a member of this group" option beside "Gold Member" it by clicking on the circle (dot) beside it and select it. Then click on "update... If "Gold Member" is not available to you on your "Group Memberships" your payment has not been processed yet.

Follow the instructions for international customers in the paid subscriptions screen. It'll take you offsite (to 1SKS) where your order will be manually processed.

I have paid via procedure u have given! Please confirm it as soon as possible!

If your payment was processed, you still need to change your membership status. Follow the instructions in my first post and your membership type will be updated.
 
In the FAQ it states that manually updated memberships can take up to 72 hours. Spark has his own business that he operates, so it may take some time, but he will get your membership taken care of.
 
i am also unable to pay my membership dues, the sysytem would not take my card and nothing is wrong with my stuff..suggestions
 
Hassan, your credit card declined when we tried to run it.
