Unable to receive PMs

I have had several members (hold/platinum) tell me they are unable to start a PM conversation with me. My mailbox has not been full.

Please advise. Thank you!

Yea, I dont even see the tab to send you one.

Check your privacy settings. You may have it set to only receive them by people you follow or to not receive them at all.

I think that was it! Only people I follow could start conversations with me. Not sure how that happened but I suspect the problem is solved. Thank you.
