Unable to select media due to denied permissions?

Anyone know how to fix this issue. I can post pictures, but I get that message when trying to change my profile picture.

There are size limits for avatars. You might be trying to choose a file which is too large.

It won't even let me look at my gallery. It's probably some security stuff I put on it. I'll figure it out. Facebook did the same thing lol.

You probably can't upload a pic from your gallery. It's been some 20 years since I uploaded mine, but I think I had to upload it directly from my computer. And the size limits for avatars are REALLY tight. It's unlikely that any of your gallery pics would be small enough.
