Unable to start a new thread???

Hello, I'm trying to start a new thread in the Knife Makers Gallery and I can't, I get a connection reset/time out page appearing?

I tried posting to an existing thread which is fine...

Any ideas?

Edited to say that this one works fine too, obviously...
