Unclaimed Busse?

While working at the post office today, they had me sort through some unclaimed items. Among the various odds and ends, there was a Busse blade. Can't say that I've ever seen one like this though, somewhere in between a Battle Mistress and a Kerambit -- odd piece.

If it belongs to someone here, just describe the blade to me and I'll get it shipped off immediately.
