Happy New Year Uncle Bill, I was wondering what are the dimensions of the 18" WW2 model? Handle length, actual blade length and thickness, and also the distance from the spine to the cutting edge. If anyone else has the info I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Thank you Uncle! By the way, how long is the waiting list for the Gelbu Special No. 1? I'm interested in one. Just curious on how it will do on my test targets.

This is one of the first that was made,
LOA 18.50" , handle 5.75" , Blade 12.75"
Maximum Blade width 1.875" . Very good piece.

Floyd

I checked and can't find one. I may be sold out but I'll have to wait for Pala and Yangdu to get back this evening to make sure. They are inventory control.

And thanks for help, Floyd. Anybody else got one who can throw up the specs? They vary because they are handmade and one of a kind.
