Here you go...

P.S. Someone needs to tell whoever converts these pics to JPeg, that they should use less compression on the 'save' dialoge. It is very hard to make a decision sometimes, when you cannot see the details... It might alse be usefull if they always put one of there little 'letter openers' in each picture for scale...

Sorry, no pix. I've been having a hell of a time with the pix.

These are absolutely superb. I'm going to wait a while and give you boys a chance at these. But don't tarry too long. Don't know how long my self control will hold out.

Satori, Well, if they're anything like you're Salayan, then they'll be worth it. You at home?

No, I'm over at SATC. I still don't like it but hey, I work near a computer now.

In any event, I scored #1. I'm looking forward to putting it through its paces.

Wow. You went from working in/ around forrest to office life. :barf: I'm stuck in an office as well, and it drives me absolutely insane. I hate being couped up indoors.

Good deal on #1. You planning on etching it? (it's what your'e known for. Well that and your tests ;) )

Just realized 23-24 oz. is very light for a knife of this size. 27-28 would be about standard for an 18" anything...

Now you see why I jumped on it. ;)

What we have here, I believe, are thoroughbred users hiding underneath display khuk trappings, being sold at a very decent price.

I'm very much looking forward to comparing the hamon on #1 to that of my 15" Salyan.
