Uncle Henry 886UH - Selling for ONLY $499.99 - Is this a joke?

He's in Australia where knife prices are higher, but he's still fishing for a big sucker. Since ebay has become totally dominated by import knives, i've seen other sellers list an older USA or German made knife for many times it's usual selling price. If you "watch" these, they don't end in a sale.

Knife is worth more than usual as it has the 886 paperwork and box complete..........Still not worth this asking price though..........Maybe he knows more about the history of the knives as an SFO, as I was always thought these were made for either the south american or the european markets.

He has more statistics than I've ever seen on it. I've never seen 886UH or 898UH paperwork until this one. I imagine the box is unlabeled on the ends of the lid. I will attest the Schrade market is hot down under. Hoo Roo!
 
there are bargains to be had here -this isn't one of them. keep watching.
