Uncle Henry line discontinued?

I was at a gun and knife show last weekend, and a dealer told me that Schrade was discontinuing the Uncle Henry line. He said some of them will be kept on, but won't be called Uncle Henry. Could this be true?

I know most people here like Old Timers better, because of the steel. But Uncle Henrys are still great knives. It would be a shame to see them gone.

This one really needs an answer. I wanna know if I need to run to ACE and get every model they carry. I hope its just a rumor.

No, we are not discontinuing Uncle Henry - it's a great line of knives that we're proud to make - and, Richard, feel free to go down to you hardware store and buy every model anyway - we'd appreciate it.

Thanks, Tim. The Uncle Henry line is a great line of knives. the guy that told me this wasn't carrying any Schrade knives (he mostly had older, used Gerbers and Case knives) so I don't know where he got his information. I'm glad he was wrong.
