Hello,

I have 12 never used USA UH folders. Three have numbers that I haven't seen. They are UH898, UH886, and UH895. Anyone familiar with these? All were bought in the 1970's, and have been stored in a sack-up ever since. Thanks,

Jim

Jim,
Go on AAPK (allaboutpocketknives.com) and click on Research at top of screen. That will give you a myriad of info on Uncle Henry,Old Timer, and Schrade open stock knives by model number.Hope that helps.

Hi Jim --

I believe the 886UH and 898UH will also be marked SCC or S.C.C.? Made by Camillus, I think

The 895UH is a mystery to me
A model 895 sold under Schrade Walden 1950 to early 1973 and Schrade USA late 1973-1979
Slim Premium Stock Knife / (early on) bone stag handle (later) stag pattern Delrin; Turkish clip, sheepfoot & spey blades; brass liners; N/S bolsters & shield

Happy Holidays!!

Thanks Howie, yes the 886 and 898 are marked SCC. Happy holidays to you and all.

The S.C.C. 886 and 898 were made by Camillus.
They were made as a cheep folder, and sold for less then the Schrade made knives.
They were made with the pins through the bolsters. [only one pin in handle]
These knives came in a brown box... Happy Christmas... Ken.
