uncle henry purchase

Hello everybody i have the chance to buy a schrade uncle henry ,it's single blade with scissors markings on blade are schrade x then usa 707uh price seems high at 40.00 or is this a collectible ,also it has the clip ring on one end any help you can give will be greatly appreciated do not wish to pay 40.00 for a 10.00 knife thanx .......duhaast

The "X" may indicate that it's a factory second. Otherwise $40 for an original USA UH707 isn't bad. You sure it's not "SCHRADE+"?

The Imperial-Schrade Corporation went out of business in 2004, and all Uncle Henry knives made since then are imported. A new Uncle Henry 707 costs $12.
