Uncle Henry Schrade+ 705UH question "United States Senate"

I have recently purchased an Uncle Henry Schrade+ 705UH with the inscription of "United States Senate" etched into the pen blade.
I have been looking at images and I can't find any that have this inscription etched into the blade. Is this something special?
