I haven't seen other examples marked like this. Is this correct for a specific time period? It's also un-serialized. Thank you for any help!

Looks correct to me. At some point they dropped the serial numbers. Nice knife.
 
That's not a typical tang stamp. The 'LB7 U.S.A.' shouldn't be on the back. That's normally the 3rd line beneath the 'SCHRADE+' script that's barely peeking over the bolster on the mark side. That tang stamp is sitting way lower than it should be and I'm wondering if maybe that knife was a second because of that? However not sure what the reason would be for adding the pattern on the reverse if it was a second?
