I think it's only fair that if Rusty has the burdensome job of holding down the Cantina while Uncle Bill is away he should at least have a title in keeping with his responsibilities. So I hereby move that Rusty officially be made an uncle -- or at the very least an assistant uncle. Anyone care to second the motion?
