Uncoated MUDD?

Any plans for an uncoated MUDD? I'm enjoying my RAM, might try a MUDD...but still hate black blades and coated blades.

I seriously doubt we will see any ZT's without black on black designs unless a special edition is purchased by a customer (much like the Tad Gear's line).

Is there any reason why the ZT line favors the black coating? Or is it just the tacti-cool thing?

So I just need to call up a larger distributor and see if they can order a plain edged version?

Also, how do I know if I get one without the glass breaker? I don't need to...break anything.

Maybe that's not what it is....but beats me....I don't really like it. More stuff sticking out of the pocket.

that's looks like an old style clip you have, you can call and get one of the new flat clips.:) i don't think that's a glassbreaker on the end, i don't think it's strong enough. :D

Well, normally you would, in fact, see the end of the handle sticking out of your pocket. Thankfully, however, the MUDD was designed with what appears to be a low-profile clip, which, glass-breaker esque thingy aside, you should not see the handle (or very little of it), but instead just the clip.

My point against the knob-thing is aesthetic, not functional. It is merely my preference. I've seen MUDDs with and without it, so I was just curious how I knew to get one without it.
