As a user knife, it shouldn't affect anything at all, assuming the edge is at least sharp. If the knife is still brand new (i.e., not yet resharpened), and the look of it still bothers you, you would still have the option of returning it to the dealer or manufacturer for refund or replacement. And a third option might be to return it to them for resharpening (be sure to highlight the issue with uneven bevels, when you send it). But you still wouldn't know if they'd return it to you in any better shape.
Over the longer run, if you keep the knife, a few periodic resharpenings on your own could also work to even up the bevels, gradually over some time.
