Uneven grinds?

I own two BM knives and I have noticed on both of them that their grinds for the drop point dont reach entirely to the tip of the knife, this is probably just a cosmetic issue but could it have any affect on the performance of the knife? Also, have any of yall noticed this on any of your knives as well?

No , it is purely looks unless they are ridiculously off kilter.

I have noticed this on many of my knives over the years , regardless of manufacturer.

ok thats what I figured, other than that, they are excellent the edge is great and the lockup is solid with no play, definitely two of my favorite knives!

Many companies change the grind angle at the point in order to make the steel thicker there so that the point is stronger.
