Anybody ever see a half finished factory edge? This is a late Seki Mini Pentagon (new logo, long serrations, Seki stamp).
The edges were either unfinished from the factory or incompletely re-ground. Both show the fairly course grind marks, perpendicular to the edge, that I am used to from factory but the straight edge has a large bur turned away from the logo side and the serrated edge is almost dull. I would have liked to keep the factory edge since I probably will not (illegally) care this but I can't leave a knife this dull.
Finally found one incompletely described and won a low bid. Paid $36 total so I'm happy.
