Unidentified MOP/Damascus

At a Gun/Knife (mostly gun) show last February I traded a Randall Model 1 and a '77 Gerber Mk II for these two custom MOP/Damascus knives. With my research (limited) I think the dagger is a Jerry Rados and the folder I have no idea. On the folder is the initials PWE (in case you can't read them on the photo). Any help identifying would be appreciated and/or comments on my trading or lack of trading ability.

Just found out why I couldn't post pictures. Upgraded my membership. As soon as it clears will load the pictures.
 
Well, even with the Premium membership, still couldn't load, so please put up with my haveing to load them one posting at a time. If there is an alternative to doing this PLEASE let me know!
 
Guess I'll settle for one pic at a time. If anyone can let me know how to do more and easier please let me know.
 
You are likely correct in assuming that the first knife is by Jerry Rados. I have seen a similar mark on other knives of his.

I can not make out the mark on the other knife well enough to be able to help you. A better picture would be helpful. Sorry.
