Unidentified "Tracy" made knife

I have a knife that looks identical to the "Loveless" pattern blade. The knife is very well made with a stage handle, well made sheath. The quality is such, I know this person has had to have many other knives. I picked the knife up at a gun show about ten years ago. Have inquired about this knife, on this forum, many years ago when I had a different handle. Any info. would be greatly appricated.

I know him. Hes my uncle. If you want to ask him something, PM me, and Ill pass it on. But as far as I know, hes semi-retired, though hes still producing some knives.
