This is some incredible hand drumming! Horvath Kornel, playing "Hang" drum (pronounced "hung" - it's a European instument similar to the steel drums of the Caribbean). This really blew me away:

I saw these suckers on youtube not too long ago myself, you have to go to Switzerland and purchase the hang drums from the makers in person to get one. Really cool instruments, too bad they're not easy to acquire!

These things are really cool. If you search YouTube a bit you can find a few videos of a fellow playing a terrific-sounding hang drum made from a standard propane tank.
He has a website and you can download a template for making your own.

Or, if you have a bit of scratch, you can buy a commercially-made version.
