I'm hoping some of the Benchmade experts can help me with this pen. I haven't seen one like it before. It's small in that it's only about 4-1/2" long and is tapered to a point. The cap is threaded and also threads onto the end when open. I believe that it is machined aluminum. The clip clearly has the Benchmade butterfly in hard plastic and the refill is the typical Fisher Space Pen for Benchmade standard found in the in-line pens. It's a nice little pen.

It's a 1155-1 or 2 depending on your ink color I bought one off another forum a few years back it's very small and handy for field notes I think I paid $70 for mine hope this helps.

Be seeing you, Arick

Thank Arick!!! That's it. Do you know when this model was discontinued?

I'm not sure but I know it wasn't popular and it didn't last as long as the other ones until they settled on the ones still in production.
