Unique fixed blade with no maker identification

I’m a long time collector of knives and firearms but I’m new to this site. I recently purchased a decent collection of 63 knives from an estate sale with Randall’s, William Henrys, Pro-Tech, Benchmade, etc. There are several knives I cannot identify and the photos I have attached is one of them. Can anyone provide me some guidance on the maker? I apologize in advance for the photos.

Typical pattern I think.
