Ever had a knife that you rarely, if ever, see discussed or mentioned? I am interested to know if anyone out there has any experience with this one. Might be fun to see if anyone can nail the knife from a few teaser pics. I'll post full pics if no body nails it soon...

Gotta leave this one blurred out, but you can see the blade profile...

It is a liner lock...

Not full liners, but you can see it where the spacers attach..

This one may give it away...to the old school guys around here...is that a nubbin of a flipper?

Interested to see if anyone can guess the knife...what about you guys? Any rare and unique knives?

Looks like an old Kershaw Vapor.

Yeah, I’ve had quite a few unusual knives in my past. Mostly because that used to float my boat as a younger man. What is now tactical mall ninja was probably right up my alley in my teens. Nowadays my selections are more pedestrian.

Not a vapor...but spot on with kershaw

Ah, that’s right. I should have remembered, I even had a couple of the ol’ metal frame Vapors some years back.

Not currently but I may have had one years ago. Cool piece indeed

If there is another one like it, it’s not unique. One-offs are unique. It’s their nature.

I own one because it was designed by Ken Onion and initially I focused on collecting Kershaw/ZT knives designed by him.

If the blade is recurved and made by Kershaw, it was designed by Onion.

Love the recurve shape even if (as people say) it is a PITA to sharpen but, since I don't use the knives in my collection, for me sharpening is not an issue. ;)

And, since it's "autographed" it's intended as a "collectors" item, not really to be used but if that's what you want to do w/it "so be it" (it's your $ and your choice how to spend it).

Whenever there is any doubt, there is no doubt. That's the first thing they teach you.
Not sure how Deniro got into this but whatever.....

Here is something you don't see often if ever.
Hasn't been out of the box more than a couple times in the past 20 years.
