United Cutlery Honshu experience ?

Has anyone handled these two blades or own them ?
I do not expect too much from UC in general, but these fighters look just too great to pass up.
It´s probably nondescript 440 steel, but when they are put together well, i´d want one of each.
 
Looks like poor(er?) quality ripoffs of Cold Steel knives.

It's United Cutlery. They make crap for mall ninjas who buy crap.

If you want crap, buy it. It's affordable crap.

Just don't expect to be able to get a good edge on it. Or to keep the edge you DO achieve. Or for it not to bend and set under mild use.
