got my united cutlery magnum push dagger today. its a great deal at 10 bucks. the edges were very dull, possibly the dullest edge I ever came across. Took me a while to get a razor edge with my paper wheels as its double edged and the edge was quite obtuse stock. I had to take quite a bit of metal away to get an edge angle I wanted. I think if i used my belt sander to put a convex edge on it, it would have been a lot faster going.
the lenght of the blade is not as long as other pushknifes at 3.5 inchs and im not 100% sure it could penetrate far enough in to somenones chest if you needed to use it for protection. still, for the price its quite hard to beat. One other thing I didn't really like about it is the handle is some what smaller then other push knifes im use to like the cold steel series. It's bare metal and some what thin.
