I recently bought a benchmade that is just like the dark star but it is larger, 3.75" blade. the handle is anodized blue titanium with smooth g10 scales. the blade is black teflon coat. It is an Elishewitz design. picture a darkstar without the checkered grips or the star, and much larger. I don't know what model it is or from what year. If anyone has any info on this knife and its value I would greatly appreciate it. I was told that it was discontinued.

I used to own one, and it was my first quality liner-lock. Great action, and very classy looking. The blade was too thick through the middle, more of a dagger style, rather than a slicer. Still wish I had it, though. Nice and slim, and quick. I think the handle overlays were anodized Aluminum.
