unknown manufacturer?

i recently purchased a 2 blade folder with the markings of ( REX CUT CORP.). below reads GERMANY. on the other side of the blade reads ( JOY 202 STAINLESS. the knife is about 3 inches closed. any help would be great.

Sounds like one of the inexpensive jobbing knives from Germany. Do you have a pic?
