Unknown sword

Hi guys im brand new here and if possible i need some help identifying a sword i use to own i have a (not great) picture of it but i dont have any idea what kind it was or where i might get another...once i figure out how to add a picture ..how do i add a picture ?

You have to use a hosting website like postimages.org .

As a registered user, you can post pictures by uploading to a picture hosting site, then linking to that in your post. There are several free sites. Imgur is one that is popular.
If you use imgur,
create a free account
Click <NEW POST>
Follow the directions to upload
Then go to the top right and mouse over your user name. That gives you a drop down.
Select "Images"
That will show all your images. Click the image you want to post, then to the right, copy the supplied BB code.
Then paste that directly into your post.

If you use another hosting site:
Once you have uploaded a picture to the hosting site, copy the web address of the picture. Note: picture web addresses must end in .jpg or .gif

Then go to your post and click the image tool on the toolbar next to the smiley tool. Click the link icon in the popup. (Looks like a chain.) Paste the picture address into the window. Then click the INSERT button.
