Sorry, I inadvertently deleted it trying to post a direct link. I'm trying to figure out a better way to post pictures using my iPad 2. I have some other axe related pictures I'd really like to share, I'm working on it. So far I've messed with Snapbucket and Dropbox. I may be stymied because iPad 2 doesn't have Flash which is limiting in some applications. I'll get there eventually.

Picasa may work for you....not positive, I gave up on crapple 4 or 5 years ago. I used Picasa on my macbook though, and I don't think it requires flash IIRC.

You cannot hot link from Dropbox. Use Image Shack or Photobucket.

I don't know what hotlink means, but I can make pictures appear in my posts with dropbox. Since I stopped trying to use the insert image button.
By the way, I don't recognize the stamp, but that's not unusual for me.

Imgur works great for my iPhone gives you the URL or message board code

Photobucket works great for me on the iPhone. Especially when used along with tapatalk.

Here's how to link a photo from photobucket:

From the album in photobucket, click on the photo to get the photo by itself. Then look at the bottom right corner of the photo, to the right there will be an "Image Links" box; click on "IMG code" to copy it, then paste it into a forum post.

If the axe photo was back in the album, I could have posted it here.

Viewing the photo in Dropbox, right-click somewhere to the right or left of the photo (don't click on the photo), then View Page Info, Media, find the correct Image, copy the URL, paste into forum post using "Insert Image" icon.

Thank you for all bearing with me. I have logged in to my new photobucket account on a home computer. It seems I can't do on my Ipad what I can do on a home computer. I can paste what M3mphis shows in the above post. I suspect my previous posting problem will have something to do with not having Flash on the ipad.
