Hello All, I am a new collector of axes it just kind of come to me. I already have 7 axes and some are marked while some just have symbols instead of names. Any help with this mark would be much appreciated. The symbol looks like the letter L with like a half of clover just above it. Keep in mind it is not letters it is just the best way I can explain the symbol. Just started this forum today and not sure how to upload photos at this time. Thanks

Hickory and steel, thanks for the reply. I wasnt for sure how to upload a photo on here and still not a hundred percent, Lol. I found another ax at a yardsale with what I believe is the same symbol. I think mine is just a little worn. However it is a U with square around it. Hope this helps. Thanks again

Well your photos are doing your name justice! Lmao, just Joshin' ya. Try imagur. That's what i use and it's super easy once you get set up and used to it.
