Unmarked 2Lb Axe Head

Hello,
I got this axe over the weekend. After cleaning off rust I found no mark. But, I'm curious if the axe can be identified by the design. It came with a pretty nice, smaller axe handle I'll keep with it.
Any ideas?

Funny you should ask. I had been using some Wright's Silver Cream on some silver plate earlier. I thought, what the heck, let's see what it does.
