Got my beautiful 940 sharpened up with my edge pro apex. Took it all the way to 2k grit polish tapes. The tip of one side looks way off than the rest. Is it me or the uneaven grind of the knife.

I have never seen a perfectly symmetrical ground knife blade. This becomes very apparent when you start grinding on a perfectly flat surface.
I'll vote an uneven grind.

I agree with jpm2, the primary grind of most knives are not even or flat. There will be wavy spots in the grind form thickness differences or simply one side was ground at a degree or two of a different angle. Benchmade is also notorious for having uneven swedge grinds which won't matter much in your case but when its closer to the tip it can make for a large difference in edge grind thickness.
